BRAND ADVOCATE AGREEMENT
Section I: Acceptance of the Agreement
Welcome to the NetQube, LLC (“NetQube”) business. Please carefully read the NetQube Brand Advocate Agreement and Policies and Procedures, collectively referred to as “Brand Advocate Agreement.”
Section II: Enrollment and Purchase of the Software License
Upon the acceptance of the Brand Advocate Agreement, you agree to purchase the NetQube Software License for $199.95. Should you wish to cancel your business and request a refund on this fee, such a request must occur within three (3) business days from the date of transaction, as NetQube offers a three (3) business day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. “Business Days” means Monday through Friday with the exclusion of federal holidays. NetQube will place an authorization hold for purchases via credit card and shall capture payment at the conclusion of five (5) days.
Upon the anniversary date of your acceptance of the Brand Advocate Agreement, you further agree to resubmit payment for the renewal of the Software License. Like the initial payment, this renewal fee is non-commissionable. The Company charges the renewal fee to a credit or debit card maintained on file. You may make adjustments to this annual renewal in the back office of your business.
